Experience
Drew brings more than 20 years of public accounting experience to Tarlow & Co., encompassing a broad cross-section of industries and services. His primary focus is on closely held businesses.
His extensive experience includes providing audit, tax planning, compliance and consulting services. Drew's client base includes companies in manufacturing, wholesale, retail, import and export, Internet advertising and professional services firms, as well as many other industries. He has successfully represented commercial and individual clients at tax audits on the federal, state and local levels. Drew also has extensive experience in tax issues related to the structuring of an acquisition and the sale of a business.
In addition, Drew is also experienced in all aspects of tax planning for high net worth and high-earning individuals, their families and their businesses. This includes plans to maximize wealth preservation, succession planning, estate tax minimization strategies and retirement planning.
