Experience
Adam Venokur has more than 13 years of experience in public accounting as well as in the private sector. In addition to his expertise in tax, audit and accounting services, Adam is a Certified Financial Planner and Personal Financial Planning Specialist as well as a CPA. In 2005, Adam established Tarlow Financial Services, an affiliated group whose services encompass retirement, insurance, education, investment and asset allocation planning.
In order to more completely service his clients, Adam has earned several financial services licenses, including the NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses. He also holds insurance licenses for the State of New York, New Jersey, Florida, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Adam currently serves on the NYSSCPA Real Estate Committee.
Adam is a Board member of Candlelighters, NYC, a charity dedicated to helping families in New York city get through the difficult times when a child is diagnosed with cancer.
Adam began his career at KPMG before becoming a partner in the accounting firm of Venokur & Co. in 2001. He merged his firm with Tarlow & Co. in January 2005.
